Come on down to the parking lot at 3rd and Water Streets, and for one small fee (with all the proceeds benefiting the Robeson Community College Foundation), you get to sample all the chili you can handle, listen to the classic sounds of The Legacy Motown Revue, and have more fun than you oughta. You even get to vote for the chili you like the best! Local organizations vie for several awards with their chili cooking proficiency.
