The Pickleball craze has arrived in Lumberton!!! Do you need to release some energy after traveling? Indoor play is at Bill Sapp Recreation Center, 1100 North Cedar Street in Lumberton each Friday from 1-4pm. Additional hours added – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 10:00am- 12 noon. (subject to change, so please check with the Rec. Department 910-671-3869, (loaner paddles and balls provided). Download the app Places2play.org. to find a place to play. Good news! New Pickleball courts are now available in Robeson County! Meadow Lark County Park at 657 Burns Road, Meadow Road and West Powersville Road, 28358, is open and a dog park is located adjacent to the courts.
