The Farmers Market in St. Pauls is the location for a delicious chili cook-off  tasting.  Will the chili be mild or HOT!  Food trucks and beverages are available.  Wear you best Halloween costume and dance away to the music sounds of the local DJ.  Free admission, $10 for the chili tasting.
