The Robeson County Arts Council invites you to ARTS ON ELM, an event that enables shoppers to visit with artists on a personal basis.  Enjoy this outside event with artists displaying a variety of mediums, pottery and much, much more.

The Location has changed!  Arts on Elm will be along the Historic Downtown Riverwalk on Water Street and in conjunction with the Food Truck Festival in the plaza area.  More details to follow.
