Charly Lowry and Mark McKinney & Co. are combining talents and presenting an on-the-lawn concert at Chavis University Center.  The concert if free to the public and is sponsored by the Robeson County Arts Council, Givens Performing Arts Center and UNCP Campus Engagement and Leadership.
